• In case of technical issues from our side (e.g., server downtime, course not accessible), we will provide course extension or credit adjustment, not cash refunds.

• No refunds will be given if a student discontinues the course midway.

5. Course Access & Content

• Course materials (videos, notes, assignments) are for educational purposes only.

• Students are not allowed to copy, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.

• DDS Pioneer Academy may update, modify, or replace course content at any time.

6. Certification

• Students will receive a certificate only after completing all required modules, assignments, and exams (if applicable).

• Certificates are issued in digital format.

7. Student Responsibilities

• Maintain discipline in live classes (online or offline).

• Do not misuse our platform for illegal or unethical purposes.

• Ensure stable internet and device setup for online learning.

8. Limitation of Liability

• DDS Pioneer Academy will not be responsible for:

  • Student’s personal internet or device issues

  • Job placement guarantees (we provide guidance, not employment contracts)

  • Any misuse of knowledge gained through our courses

• Student information is kept confidential and used only for course-related communication.

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Derabassi courts.
